What types of events do you support?
We support meetings and conferences, awards and galas, launches and performances, with hybrid or livestream elements where the brief calls for them.
What parts of the event can you handle?
We can help shape the creative direction, production plan and agreed media elements, then coordinate the production resources around your programme and venue. The proposal makes responsibilities and deliverables clear.
Do you provide AV, lighting or staging?
The production team is built around the needs of the event. Where specialist technical equipment or personnel are required, we coordinate appropriate production partners as part of the scoped plan. Equipment, staffing and responsibilities are confirmed in the proposal.
Can you support hybrid or livestreamed events?
Yes. Hybrid and livestream options are scoped around the venue, remote audience, programme and technical requirements. We agree the production setup and any specialist partner responsibilities before the event.
What happens after I contact you?
We’ll start by understanding your idea, audience, timeline and what the project needs to accomplish. Then we’ll recommend an approach, define the scope and provide a clear proposal before production begins. Sending an inquiry does not commit you to a project.
